We are a Philippine software studio. We take the group chats, notebooks, and payment screenshots a business actually runs on, and replace them with one system everyone can trust.
Burrow is two things at once: a public map where students and workers find a boarding house, and the management system the owner runs the house on. Because the owner records rooms, rents, and payments in the same system that powers the listing, the availability and rates shown to tenants come from live records instead of an outdated post.
The public map. Rates and vacancy are read from the operator’s own records, so a listing cannot advertise a bed that is already taken.

When a school accredits a boarding house, that decision usually lives in a text post that scrolls away in a week. Burrow gives it a permanent home: a badge on the listing carrying the awarding body, the star tier, and the school year, on a map families are already browsing.
The listing states plainly that accreditation is assessed and awarded by the school’s committee and that Burrow displays it as published. Requirements are shown as a program explainer, not as a claim that we verified any document.
R & L Boarding House in Sibalom, Antique runs its entire tenancy on Burrow: 66 boarders across 116 beds, with monthly rent and utility billing generated by the system. It carries a University of Antique accreditation badge on its listing.

A public listing map and the operator system behind it, sharing one set of records.
Boarding house owners ran tenancy out of notebooks and group chats. Prospective tenants had no way to see what was actually vacant, so they walked door to door or relied on Facebook posts that went stale the day after they were written. Owners had no record of who had paid, and no way to advertise beyond word of mouth.
Rebuilding a school portal after the original developer let the hosting lapse.
A special-education teacher lost her Individualized Learner Portal when the previous developer’s free-tier hosting was reclaimed. There had been no code turnover, so she was locked out of her own student records and document history, with her final defense weeks away and the school intending to use the portal for real afterwards.

Schools, associations, and local government units run programs that depend on information the public cannot easily see: which houses are accredited, which vendors are compliant, which records are current. We build the systems that make that work visible, without taking ownership of it away from you.
A program is only as strong as its visibility. We display awarded accreditation as a badge on public listings, with the star tier and school year, always attributed to the committee that awarded it. We display; we never assess.
Students and parents choosing a boarding house rarely know which ones passed inspection. Putting accredited houses on a map families already browse turns accreditation into a decision people actually make.
No exclusivity, no revenue share, and no student or tenant records leaving the institution. Partnership terms are written to be terminable, and listings for accredited houses are free.
Beyond housing: learner records, compliance registers, permit tracking, scheduling. Built in your name, with accounts and source code turned over on completion.
Partnerships with public institutions should not require trust in a private company’s good intentions. These terms go into the agreement, not just the pitch.
We are currently in discussion with a university accreditation committee about making its boarding house program visible to students and parents. If your institution runs something similar, we would rather build it with you than around you.

These are not products for sale. They are working demonstration builds you can log into and click through, made to show architecture and interface decisions rather than to be pitched.
Each runs on seeded, in-browser demo data, so anyone can sign in and explore without an account. They have no live customers and store no real records.

We would rather show two real ones than fill a grid.
We used to track rent in a notebook and chase people in chat. Now the bills come out on their own, the boarders can see what they owe, and I can check the house from my phone. Being on the map with our accreditation shown is what parents notice first.
My first portal disappeared with the developer and I had nothing to show for it. This one was built in my name from the start, the accounts and the code are mine, and every role works the way I asked. Parents see their child and nothing else, which is exactly what I needed.

The name is the thesis. Data that is scattered, stale, and siloed is rotten data. Our job is to consolidate it into systems people actually trust and use, starting in Antique and working outward.
We are small on purpose. Every engagement is built to be handed over: accounts created in the client’s name, source code transferred on completion, and no dependency on us to keep the lights on. That is a deliberate response to what we have seen happen to clients before.
